Beaumont is a custom and design-build firm for Montreal's most established neighbourhoods. We build a small number of bespoke residences each year, one firm from the first sketch to the final key.

We design and build a deliberately small portfolio so every residence receives the same attention from the people who started it. There is no handoff to a separate construction arm, no chain of subcontractors guessing at intent. The hand that drew the line frames the wall.

Discovery & site
We listen first. How you cook, gather, work, and rest. Then we study the lot, its light, its grade, and what the city will allow.
Design
Architecture and interiors are drawn as one. You review real materials and full plans, not renderings that quietly change later.
Pre-construction
A fixed scope, a transparent line-item budget, and a schedule you can hold us to. No surprises is a deliverable, not a hope.
Build
Our own site crews and a dedicated project lead. Weekly walkthroughs, a clean site, and a single point of contact throughout.
Handover & care
We commission every system, walk you through the finished home, and stay reachable. A two-year care programme follows every build.
